May 11th                  The Feast of Pentecost - The Rite of Holy Baptism will be administered at                                  the 10:30 AM Service.  If you are interested, please speak to Father Mark or                                  Mother Cynthia.  Next baptism will be November 2, 2008.

May 20th                  12:00 Noon - Senior Saints Luncheon at Applebee’s Restaurant, 2729 N.                                  University Drive, Coral Springs.  Donation $13.00.  If you are interested in                                  attending please call Gloria Gordon – 954-796-2838.   

May 21st                  10:00 AM – Day Book Club – Conference Room led by Georgia Eustis

ST. M&M MULTIMEDIA MINISTRY is looking to expand and include Audio/Visual and computing divisions.  Therefore, we are looking for reliable volunteers to fill all areas needed.  The areas needed are as follows: Digital photography, digital videography, computer experts, web/graphic designers and audio specialists. PRESCHOOL NEWS.  If you would like to sponsor a struggling preschool family by helping out with their tuition, your tax-deductible donation can be made out to St. Mary Magdalene Preschool.  Your donations will be recorded by the office and reflected on your next statement.  If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Sherry Kross at the Preschool office (954) 753-1400, extension 6.

FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS NEWS

The Fourth Annual Festival of the Arts will be presented on Pentecost week-end, May 10-11th.  As we celebrate the Gift of the Holy Spirit, we want to celebrate your musical gifts as well.
From the youngest member of Grace Links to the most senior of the Senior Saints, we encourage your participation as a performer!!!
Time will be given at all three services, (before, during and after) as well as during the Mother’s Day Brunch between the two Sunday services.  
So, come on . . . . make a joyful noise unto the Lord . . . . and share your musical gifts with the rest of us!
